Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use the tracking number to check your shipment status at any time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to replace or refund your order promptly.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
